LPandM offer two letting services, let only and full management, each of which can be adapted and tailor-made to suit the landlord or property requirements.
Our let only service handles all the aspects of finding your perfect tenant. We will advertise your property on our own website, Zoopla and Prime Location and carry out all the necessary references and credit checks before reporting to yourself. We will collect the Deposit and first months rent before handing the tenants the keys to their new home and accounting to you.
If you would prefer to spend your free time enjoying your hobbies or just relaxing let LPandM take care of the day-to-day. We’ll handle all aspects; marketing, agreements and TDS registration, repairs, maintenance i.e. everything until the tenants decide to move on and then we’ll do it all again.
As part of our marketing we will do property photographs, floor plan (both 2D and 3D) and can also create a video 'virtual tour'.
