If you’re looking for a let only service we can take care of everything from marketing the property and finding the tenants all the way through to documentation and Deposit Scheme registration. If you want to free up your time we can offer you a full management service and take care of all the repairs and safety aspects of the property.

LPandM are registered and monitored by the RICS (Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors) and members of the government approved redress scheme, The Property Ombudsman. These associations require their members to work in line with particular guidelines and procedures and as part of the RICS Money Protection we must ensure that our client’s money is protected at all times in a secure bank account. The RICS carry out regulatory reviews of its members and check their practice and accounting procedures.
We are also members of the Tenancy Deposit Scheme and will handle everything from the initial registration and any disputes of the tenant’s deposit when they come to vacate. The TDS gives reassurance that the deposit is held in a safe place and is protected which is beneficial to both the landlord and the tenant.
